This company not only answers questions in a timely matter but also stays in constant contact with you when awaiting your order. After my last experience with a much larger company, Ondra is a breath of fresh air! I would recommend Ondra to anyone searching for a solid, caring company for GLP1 orders. This team truly cares.

My first shipment from Ondra Health arrived with just a day or so delay so not a major issue. The issue began with my next shipment: it was sent to Puerto Rico via USPS Ground Advantage with an estimated delivery time of 13 days not 5 days as the first shipment. That delay could leave me with a gap in treatment. I’m also concerned about the medication’s condition after such a long journey. It is a temperature-sensitive compounded medication packed with ice packs, and I have not received confirmation of how its temperature will be maintained throughout transit. If the package travels by cargo ship, the time and conditions in transit make that concern even more pressing. I raised these issues promptly and repeatedly asked Ondra to arrange expedited air shipping. Their responses have acknowledged my concerns, but I still do not have a confirmed shipping plan or delivery date. What has been most disappointing is the lack of urgency and apparent willingness to resolve a time-sensitive problem. I paid $549 for a three-month supply and expect a clear, prompt solution.

Hi Orlando, We're sincerely sorry that your experience with Ondra Health has not met your expectations. We understand how important timely delivery is, especially when it involves temperature-sensitive medication and continuity of treatment. Throughout this process, our team has remained in communication with you and taken steps to address your concerns as they arose. When we became aware of the extended shipping timeline, we immediately arranged a replacement shipment to help minimize any potential interruption to your treatment. We've also provided the pharmacy's temperature stability guidance and continued coordinating with our pharmacy partner to explore alternative shipping arrangements. While shipping services and carrier transit times are managed by our partner pharmacies, we recognize that ensuring a positive patient experience remains our responsibility. We have continued working with our pharmacy partner to explore additional solutions beyond the replacement already arranged. We understand that these efforts have not provided the reassurance or experience you expected, and we genuinely regret that. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to improving our services and providing a better experience for all our patients. Thank you, Ondra Care Team

Bait and Switch operations. Claims to provide nausea meds with the injections for $30 a month. Only provide 15 generic brands tabs for $85. I was up front that I get nausea and vomiting from the meds and need this in my shots. They said the monthly supply is $30 a month and I agreed. Not in the shots but in a generic pill form for only half of the month's meds. Dropping them and returning to Remedy Meds, a top notch operation

Hi Rachel, we're sorry for any confusion regarding the nausea medication and appreciate you sharing your concerns. To clarify, we've never advertised nausea medication as being included in the injections. Ondansetron (Zofran) is offered separately in tablet form as an optional, one-time purchase without automatic refills. This is not a mandatory or automatically added charge. Customers must actively select and add the medication to their cart. The pricing and dispensing schedule for each option are clearly outlined on our checkout page before purchase. We understand your frustration and would be happy to review your order and address any discrepancies. Please reach out to our support team so we can assist you further. Thank you for your feedback!
So far so good! My package/medicine was very secure and very legit looking. It arrived quickly. All info and material was included. Very clean and branded. Very thorough details given. Their website and my profile is easy to access and very user friendly. Good customer service too, you can even message staff. I see I can also delay my next auto shipment if necessary as well. Overall, I feel really happy with this company. I am a new customer, for one month so far. I ordered the 3 mos supply deal.
