Thank you for taking the time to share your experience Carol. We’re sorry to hear you had to wait so long and call multiple times for a pickup, as we know that can be frustrating after a trip. The shuttle at this facility operates 24/7 and is scheduled to leave every 30 minutes at the top of the hour and half past the hour, so your experience should not have been the case. Just so you know, the shuttles are managed directly by the facility, and while we don’t operate them ourselves, we do pass along all feedback so they can improve. We hope your review of On Air Parking as a booking platform would be 5 stars, with the facility being the one to receive the lower rating. We also have other locations in the area and would be happy to help you book at one of those next time so your trip is smoother.
