Glenda, thank you again for taking the time to speak with me today. I'm truly sorry about the damage to your car and can only imagine how upsetting it was to discover it after your trip, especially without anyone bringing it to your attention. As we discussed, On Air Parking is the reservation platform only, and while we don't own or manage the parking facilities, we certainly care about what happens to our customers while using them. Had we known about the damage, we absolutely would have reached out to help. I sincerely hope our conversation was helpful and that, despite your experience with the facility, the care and support you received from us might someday earn us a 5-star review from you. We'd love the opportunity to earn your trust again, and I'd be more than happy to personally help you find a different location for your next trip.
