On Air Parking (OnAirParking.com) helps travelers find, compare, and book off-airport parking near major U.S. airports — without the stress or the sticker shock of driving up and hoping for the best.Since 2016, we've worked with a nationwide network of vetted, shuttle-served parking partners. We vet every partner in our network and hold them to one standard: rates that stay well below what you'd pay driving up to the airport. No guessing, no gate-price surprises.Booking takes a couple of minutes: search your airport, compare real-time rates and lot details side by side, and reserve your spot in advance. Your rate is locked the moment you book, your space is held for your exact travel dates, and a free shuttle takes you to and from your terminal on the day you fly. No circling the garage, no surprises at the gate. Our support team is here if your plans change or something needs attention — real people, easy to reach, no runaround.Parking shouldn't be the part of your trip you dread. We built On Air Parking to make it the part you don't have to think about at all.

Thanks for the great review! We're happy you had a great experience and received such friendly service. We appreciate you choosing On Air Parking and hope to see you again soon!
This company seems very sketchy. The customer service of this company is so terrible. No one answers my questions honestly! The rep, named Jo, told me that the coupon I had received (SAFEOPT4) in my email box was not valid. I asked her to let me speak to a supervisor, which she refused. Ironically, I just got another coupon (SAFEOPT4) in my email today. This is how I know it's valid! Just spoke to a very nice lady, who is the director of customer relations. It seems she and I agree on many points. And, at this point, I felt a little more confident about making a reservation. I hope it works out!

We're really sorry to hear this - customer care is incredibly important to us, and we'd genuinely like to understand what happened. We aren't able to locate your reservation with the information included in this review so could you please add your reservation code, or send it to us at [email protected] along with a little more detail of your experience. I'd love the opportunity to speak with you directly, look into what happened, and make things right. Thanks Tony, and talk soon. Thanks for the additional information, Tony. I’m going to review your call with Jo, as you absolutely should be able to speak with a supervisor when requested, and I’ll reach out to you personally to follow up. The SAFEOPT4 offer appears to come through one of our affiliate marketing partners and includes $4 off an On Air Parking reservation when booking through their program, which may explain the confusion—but we should have communicated that much more clearly. We take your concerns about transparency seriously and want you to feel confident that the information and promotions coming from On Air Parking are clear and straightforward. We value your trust and appreciate the opportunity to clear this up and make sure you feel confident booking with us. Talk soon... Note: Tony, I'm glad we were able to connect and talk today. I hope our conversation helped address your concerns, make things right, and give you confidence in both On Air Parking and how important great customer service is to us. Thanks again for taking the time to chat with me, and hopefully turn this experience around!
We always use On Air Parking for our parking needs. The prices are good, drivers are courteous, shuttles are timely.
