OmzoReviews of omzo.com

My first time trying Omzo for my weight loss journey. I had a little rough start because FedEx was not able to access my building. I emailed their customer support and they replied right away. The help me with my order and I can honestly say this customer service experience has been the best I’ve had. Thank you.

I have had the best experience so far with zero problems. The team response time is impeccable. I’m very pleased ♥️

I would give them ten stars if I could. These people have been the nicest people I’ve dealt with. They answer my e mails usually within a couple hours. I have never had a company treat me as well as they do. I’m getting ready to leave the country and they are helping me to get my meds up to the day I leave and ready when I get back. I’m so happy how they’ve helped. I will definitely be staying with this company for as long as they’ll have me.

There is no way to start this story until you hear of the heartache that led me to this exceptionally gifted group in this particular office. When I first started looking for help, I looked into a group that did the same medication that I had been looking into, SEMAGLUTIDE, and found a clinic that was very respectful and only wanted the best for me. However, after about three weeks of back-and-forth questions and answers, especially my questions to the doctor who was signing off on my care, I asked for some information, such as a DEA number, the NPI number, and a few other details that are public knowledge if you ask for them. This doctor, whom I have in a formal letter, told me it was "none of my business" who he was....of course, a few more points he had to make...that is when I dropped that company completely and wrote a very pointed email to the doctor and the company I was dealing with..story finish. This is all documented, and I had reported it to the proper individuals involved in my care. Now, I have the best of the best, and never in my 74 years have I ever had the pleasure of being able to talk freely about my reasons for being there, about the service they provide, and the sharpness of each person I email with because THEY READ WHAT I TYPE IN MY EMAILS. I am deaf, and this is how I get my information. This company, OMZO, has a group of folks that treat me like I am a real part of their life. Very protective of me too. When I asked for the same information about the doctor who handles the sign-off for this medication, I was sent everything about that doctor. The doctor himself told me in an email he was glad to answer all my questions, and he did without hesitation. There has been no confusion in my care; no two answers come up different, and everyone at this OMZO office is a top-notch responder in keeping up with me. They do not stay on my back, but if they don't hear from me in a few days, they check again until I respond. I have never met(online) a finer group of folks in one office in my entire adult life. PERIOD!

Well everything turned out well after all the package did appear. I don't know exactly what the investigation found but I found that the package must have been accidentally sent or dropped off somewhere else or the driver may have kept it and didn't realize it or something because usually this type of package comes in a in a package kind of way where it's kept cool and when I received it the the cool pack inside the package slightly warm. But already your department or the department with the pharmacy we're already preparing to send me another package and I thought that could have happened a little sooner but that's just me cuz I know for sure I didn't take it but I guess you know the investigation has its process I imagine but other than that I'm very happy with the outcome. Thank you
