Thank you so much for your assistance today! I was having issues cutting through 1/4 in birch plywood and when I showed the tech the examples of my results he was quickly able to identify my issue. I wish I would’ve contacted you all sooner.

Thanks for your reply. It appears that a wire for the motor I guess had come loose. I opened the right side of the machine and I noticed on the third black box there was a blue wire hanging loose. Luckily I had pictures of my last unit that I had taken to send to support so I took the pictures out to the machine and matched up the wiring and we plugged in the wire. Turned the machine on and it is fine now

I had been contemplating buying a laser cutter/engraver for the past couple of years. After researching, reading reviews, etc., I chose OMTech. I went with the 100w 20x28 because I didn’t want to get started then wish I had gone with a bigger machine. Thus far, I’ve been very satisfied. Super grateful for the videos & Facebook page.

Great products at amazing prices. There's simply no reason to go anywhere else for laser engravers. Why pay more for less?

Very pleased!! Set up was super easy. Great price and hope to get a bigger unit in the future. Ordered filtration system also but replacement filters are difficult to find. Hope you will start carrying them soon. Overall thumbs up on my laser.

Have not been able to use this at all! Keep getting an error, will not connect, and now I have to pay $50 to figure out why!
