OmnihealthringReviews of omnihealthring.com

Never got my product! Reached out to customer support multiple times, never got a reply. This was a scam!

After a year of use, I can finally give an honest review of this product. It initially seemed like a great project that, with future updates, would be able to “predict” blood sugar levels. That promise was made solely to boost sales, as it remains impossible for any smart ring to do so as of today. Aesthetically, the product itself isn’t bad—it’s lightweight and slim. But its flaws soon become apparent: several defective chargers, difficult synchronization with the app, and poor-quality batteries. Be prepared—customer support is NON-EXISTENT and doesn’t respond. Of course, they continue to sell the product without any issues. If you don’t want to waste your money, stay away…

So I bought this ring because I thought that the ring would tell me my steps and my heartbeat when I pulled up the app. This ring was no cheap. No it wasn't 400 dollars, but it was 200 dollars. For it to be that price. You would expect it to have all the features that you would want from a smart ring. I feel like it was a waste of 200 dollars. I would not buy another one.

Non responsive. I tried to return this ring as I did not need it anymore. Reached out via email multiple times and no response.

Honestly one of the most disappointing customer support experiences I’ve ever had. I have dealt with ongoing issues with my Omni ring for OVER HALF A YEAR: * random disconnects * disappearing from Bluetooth * unstable battery readings * constant connection problems I contacted support at least 15 times. I sent videos, logs, troubleshooting reports, MAC address, feedback uploads — EVERYTHING they asked for. After months of back and forth, I was finally promised a replacement ring almost TWO MONTHS ago. Since then? Complete silence. No updates. No tracking. No shipping confirmation. Nothing. I genuinely wanted to love this product because the concept is amazing. But what is the point of creating advanced biohacking technology if you completely abandon customers once problems appear? Looking at Trustpilot now, I sadly realize I’m far from the only person experiencing this. At this point I honestly cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Product does not work as promised, basic tracking is innacturate and battery life is way below promises (lasts maybe a day). Support rarely responds to emails and if they do, they don’t follow up on the promises made to provide assistance or to arrange a refund. My experience is not isolated, they are aware that their product does not work and continue to sell it.

Order confirmation placed on 7 April. No news until 24 April for a reply of logistics problem. No visibility of shipment. Customer Service is super unresponsive which makes me wonder if it’s a scam.

No one ever answered me. Omni was such a waste of my money.
