Videos are good. But credits go too fast. At the beginning videos were 15-30 credits and suddenly were 160 credits..

Signed up expecting to create ads for my restaurant but the ads were absolutely unusable ! Their editor does not work and just like that i burned through credits without getting a single usable ad. They promised a 7 day free trial and so I cancelled but i still got charged? Their customer support is non existing and it's now been 3 months they keep trying to charge my credit card even after my account is cancelled !!

Their AI is terrible. They keep your card information and keep charging your account without your consent. Fraudsters. Stay away from them!

The video and image outputs are great quality. They align perfectly with the brand inputs.

Unfair billing and terrible customer support! I signed up for a trial period, but the system charged me a full subscription fee without proper warning. I immediately contacted their customer support to cancel the subscription and requested a refund, as I do not use this service. However, they flatly refused to return my money. This is an absolutely unfair practice and hidden draining of money from users' cards. I demand a full refund immediately!

Its complicated to be used ,and the credit has gone but the video doesn't generated.. but when it works it gives s great result

It is just not fit for what they promise. Poorly designed AI with a nice packaging around it. I can do more with Gemini and Claude in 10 mins without paying Omneky a ridiculous amount of money
