My complaint is very similar to other complaints. Very - Very disappointing customer service. I originally ordered OmegaXL for my wife, I received the first shipment in August (it is now October) but my wife recently had open heart surgery and 1 side effect from that is she has trouble swallowing so the hospital put her on a feeding tube, now almost 3 months later she is still on a feeding tube. We didn’t want to start this product while my wife is in this condition and unable to swallow pills. A month after the 1st shipment I was notified they were shipping a 2nd round of the product. They signed me up for a subscription process with auto ship without me realizing it, the 2nd shipment arrived and I was charged for it. Now a month later I just received a notice that a 3rd shipment was in process, my credit card was charged again. This time I called customer support immediately and was told they can stop the subscription, but they cannot, will not, credit my account because the return policy states that product cannot be returned after 30 days. That is 30 days from the 1st order, not 30 days from the current order. The customer services rep kept repeating the return policy, 30 days from original order, I asked to speak to a supervisor, the rep put me on hold, came back a few minutes later with the same response, 30 days from original order. She would not pass me on to a supervisor. In my opinion this is a scam, I do not recommend doing business with this company!
