This is an awesome company. They really go above and beyond to provide great service. So that you know this isn't fake, I ordered a pair of ski boots, and the next day decided I wanted to get bindings as well. I called and the sales associate, he found my order and made sure they were shipped together. They had virtually the best prices online, and fast shipping.

Product shipped very quickly after order placed. Price was great. Annoying price tag placed directly on top of pertinent information of XC Ski Wax packaging.

Craig, We are working on moving retail systems so we don't need to use our own stickers, but until then I'll have a chat with our receiving department to make sure this doesn't happen again.
no problems with order, great price

I order Thai jet oil oil thinking it came with an igniter. I don't need a jet boil without an igniters. I need to return this n get me jet boil with an automatic igniter. It defeats the purpose of having a stove if u can't light it

Thank you for leaving the review on trust-pilot. I'm sad to hear that you weren't happy with it. After looking into the product you ordered, it looks like where the text that mentions how you ignite the stove got misplaced. For that I am sincerely sorry, and will have it fixed. Please return the stove for a full refund.
I ordered a jacket two weeks ago and this is my first time order from omcgear. But after a week, they sent me an email that told me they running out of my jacket.

Thank you for leaving the review, however our records show that our customer service team followed procedure and contacted you about the cancellation within 48 hours of you placing your order. The reason we delay cancellation e-mails for 48 hours is if we run out of product, it gives us a chance to search our warehouse, contact the supplier to see if we can get your product ordered for you. I'm sorry we had to cancel your order because we didn't have the product, due to high demand for this brand, it happens more often than we would like.
I just received my second down jacket from OMC GEAR in about two years. There is no better price for for top quality down jackets than OMC (Mountain Hardwear, Patagonia, etc.). To make it that much better excellent shipping times. Thank you again for nailing it OMC !

Uncomplicated, smooth website and great prices on top products. If this shipping had tracking they would be 5 stars.

Terry, I'm showing that we sent your tracking number a little under 24 hours of you placing your order. We sometimes send e-mails so fast that e-mails get caught up in the spam filter. Sorry for the confusion, I also edited the e-mails we send so they stand out a bit better. Enjoy your new gear!
I found the jacket I was looking for at $40 under list price and the price that almost any other online store was selling it for. I purchased it and received it in 3 days!
