Good gear at a good price, but I paid for two day shipping to try to get it to CO before New Year's day (I ordered Monday at ~ 5pm). I selected two day shipping, expecting it to get out in the end of day shipment. Tracking the package (I know it is UPS and not OMC) it was routed from Portland to Louisville KY, then back to Boulder, CO - In short, it didn't come until the day after new years. This was frustrating and put a hamper on my new years day plan.

I ordered a jacket and it was deliverd on-time and as expected.

I received the jacket in a timely manner and it was just as described. A good deal compared to department/sporting good stores that I had checked beforehand.

I found the cheapest version of the coat I wanted and had in shipped very quickly at a reasonable rate.

Awesome customer service. I had a rush to receive the package and they changed to shipping method without charge. Thank you guys!
