I had received two shipments and was having trouble getting online. Crystal was an amazing help to me. She saw that I had two accounts. She canceled one account and because I now had 6 bottles of Ombre she changed my next order to December. She then explained that there were currently technical difficulties with the site and that they were being fixed. She is a great asset to your business.
