Everything went great in the purchasing of the Olympia Steel Building. To the Spec Material packages to the Shipping Process. All of the Employees from Sales to the Shop Men and Women are Professionals threw a threw.

Minus 10 Stars. Same story as others. They have a building almost the same size as I need but the guy who ordered it bought a bigger lot and purchased a bigger building so you can have this for the balance due, $31,000 great deal. Me: That's too much. Him: Did I say 31000 I meant 23000. I'm just the forklift driver trying to move this building off the dock for my boss. What a bunch of BS wanted deposit now without sending me photos or other information. Huge red flag. A few weeks went by and I thought I must have made a mistake and called a different place so I called back and got the same guy, the same BS story and boy did I ever lay into him. They should be investigated and charged with fraud.

We are sorry to hear that your experience with Olympia did not meet your expectations. We have a factory here as well where we manufacture our own steel and we often have several "cancelled" buildings that our consultants are trying to move out of the factory as quickly as possibly. Please contact us at [email protected]; we look forward to partnering with you to resolve any issues expeditiously.
I am very pleased with how the personnel at Olympia Steel have served me as I undertook my dream project of operating a Crematorium using one of their buildings. Paul and Shawn have worked hand in hand with me to assure timely completion of the project. I could not ask for any more. The cost of the building and their personal service greatly increased the overall value to me. I would recommend Olympia Steel to everyone.

Thank you for your review! Enjoy your building!
This summer I purchased a steel building from Olympia steel buildings. I am very pleased with the quality of my building it was far beyond my expectations. I enjoyed dealing with Patrick in Oshawa he always answered the phone or would call me right back. If I had it to do over again I would definitely buy another Olympia steel building.

Thank you for your review! We look forward to working with you in the future!
I assembled the building myself in three weeks--except for the concrete floor--I used my bulldozer with a boom extension for installing the main trusses--it is very clean, dry and moisture proof---i'm 80 yrs old--I highly recommend this building for even household storage items--my Olympia is 24 x 30--

Thank you for your review! We are so glad everything went smoothly and we appreciate your business!
I started process in May paid deposit on May 31st Got drawing and deminision were wrong 4 different times I had to have my concrete guy pull anchor bolts because it was wrong then finally got that right and was told the building would be here at the end of July well that gets here and something was wrong so I'm told second week in August then last week in august then it will for sure be here the second week in September it's still not here and they won't even return my phone call it's been over 90 days of lying on when it will be here. Would not recommend this company to anybody this is the worst costumer service I have ever dealt with nothing but a scam

Ordered building in 2015. Olympia sent a completely different building than what was ordered or specified in the stamped spec sheet. Cost me an additional $2,000 for footings. After multiple phone calls and letters, they have yet to fix the building to specification. They have been reported to the attorney generals office of Pennsylvania. I encourage others to do the same!

A call was made to get information on a building and immediately Charles started pressuring us into putting a deposit down ASAP due to the fact that "a customer had made a deposit on a bldg the size we want but now wanted a bigger bldg and so they needed to unload the bldg he originally purchased since it had already been built to his specifications." We wanted to think about it. We received a call within days saying that he needed an answer and a deposit immediately otherwise we wouldn't have the opportunity to get a deal. Charles told us that if for some reason we couldn't get a permit to build that he would make sure our money was refunded. All total lies. We were denied a permit from the County and Mr. Gutierrez from the company told us originally that the account was closed. He said that he had sent numerous emails and letters which wasn't true either. Per Pennsylvania Code the Statute of Limitations on written contracts is 4 years. 42 PA. C.S.A. 5525(a)(8)). If you check the Better Business Bureau you find there are plenty of similar complaints. Our emails have been ignored so our only recourse is to file a complaint and add our situation to the BBB.
