Usually when someone gives a company their email on exchange for a discount on their first purchase, the code is provided right then, or added at checkout, NOT sent to their email address. I called the company but it was after hours, so I decided to just wait and order another time. When I returned to my email, I found it had been sent there. I wasted a whole lot of time looking for it. Otherwise, I'm sure this will be a good product that I will get a lot of use out of.

I’m very happy to say that Mike called me and made things right and I received my boots. His company was having supply problems and he was able to find out that the supplier shipped the boots somewhere else. He said that he would send me another pair and was giving me a discount for the inconvenience. I got the boots today, as promised. These are beautiful Victorian style boots just in time for the Fall. Thank you keeping your word!
