no deposit refund (and by the way they do not only make a deposit from your credit card they actually charge you ) then no way to contact them, no response on email, phone - rentalcars got to talk to them and they said they forgot to close the contract ... and still no refund - avoid!!!!

wat kan ik melden eigenlijk te veel om op te noemen maar 1 woord springt eruit OPLICHTERS en mooie van het verhaal is als men een vlucht geboekt heeft via Vueling word men verwezen naar dit bedrijf als men een auto wilt huren Helaas slechte reclame voor vueling mensen in het vervolg ga gewoon direct naar een verhuurbedrijf in des betreffend vliegveld en bekijk eerst de prijzen op hun websites en lees de voorwaarden

The contact email address for the company is: rgpd-ad-okmobility.com Er is onterecht extra 70 EUR afgegaan van de credit kaart op naam van Othman Ktiri, terwijl de echte betaling op naam van OK Mobility is gegaan. Dat wil zeggen dat er geld van mijn rekening is gegaan naar twee verschillende rekeningen. Echte oplichterij. Als de firma dit in orde brengt gaat de review terug van de site.

🚨 ‼️ Disgusting, shameful service ‼️ 🚨 🚨 🚨 I mean, where to start. Do not, under any circumstances, book a car rental at Mallorca Palma Airport with these charlatans. Disgraceful, shameful, incompetent customer service — and that’s the good bits. After a delayed flight I was told that there was a six hour cut off point and that I would need to upgrade my car because the car I booked for nine days was no longer available! True story! I had to pay £100 for the privilege at 0100, when the customer desk at the airport knew I didn’t have any other choice with a 70km journey to Pollença ahead. Worse to come. When I left Mallorca this shambolic and disreputable organisation whipped more than £1500STG from my account for no reason, without explanation or contact, and without notice. I have sent more than 100 emails to their customer service team, messaged the CEO without reply and sent a direct messsge on social media — nobody has had the decency to acknowledge my complaint. This is a disgraceful organisation and I advise anybody travelling to Mallorca to book with a recognised and distinguished car rental — all the things these people are not. To be clear, I returned the vehicle without damage and with a full tank of petrol. To be deceived in this way in the modern era is something extraordinary. I have since lodged a complaint with the fraud team at my bank and we will go to whatever lengths are necessary to recover this money. AGAIN, TO BE CLEAR, DO NOT BOOK OK MOBILITY By way of update, no sooner did I post my TrustPilot review, just like that Ok Mobility finally responded to an email, exactly seven days and 100 emails later! Like a rabbit from a hat, they rustled up some pictures of some alleged scratches and scuff marks on the car — the thing looked like it had been in a fight when I picked it up, but to be accused of this is a new low for Ok Mobility. These complete and utter chumps are now trying to claim that this is the reason they whipped £1500 from my deposit. Extraordinary and lamentable. Will keep updating this thread with MBM updates but to be clear to all those also affected by Ok Mobility’s practices I will be fighting this like dogs and will not allow them to bully a fair minded and honourable overseas traveller. In the meantime please do not book Ok Mobility. Once their customer service improves and there is a favourable outcome to myself over this then I will highlight this in the interests of fairness. That I suspect will be quite some time.

Es wurde bei der Rückgabe ein unsichtbarer Kratzer erfunden, allerdings sagte man mir, das alles okay wäre und ich den geblockten Betrug zurückbekäme. Einen Tag später erhielt ich per Mail die Information, dass 350 Euro einbehalten werden. Auch ich unterstelle (wie viele andere) Betrugsabsicht. Hatte sogar Beweisfotos. Die kann ich mir aber auf den Hut stecken. Wieso gibt es in Spanien keine Institution die solche Abzocke abstraft?

Wir hatten ein Fahrzeug im Standard-Tarif gebucht. Das Fahrzeug wurde uns vor Ort nur gegen eine zusätzliche Zahlung von 412,--€ Versicherungsprämie ausgehändigt. Eine Stornierung der Buchung war am Abholtag nicht mehr möglich. Wir werden rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Pensez à toujours faire 1 vidéo + photos quand vous prenez la voiture car quand vous la rendez ils notent chaque rayure et chaque éraflure comme si c'est vous qui les aviez faites alors qu'elles existent depuis toujours ! ! Comme tous les loueurs : le client est une vache à lait, une machine à fric !
