They communicated very well with me. Laid out their expectations and what I needed to do on my end to be successful as well. I had to take notes with our calls, and follow up. They set you up for success, ultimately I feel it is up to you how successful you are using them. I am still getting used to being active on the program.

Very patient and persistent. I am sometimes difficult to reach, as my job keeps me busy, but she never gave up and I appreciate it.

Oggvo has been great this past month of my onboaridng to use the platform. I met Shane at a convention and he was personable and helpful in explaining how Oggvo works. My follow up calls where with Apple, who is very knowledgeable of the platform and has answered all of my questions. I consider myself a techy person and the Oggvo platform is super simple to use.
