It was not great. Apple was professional and polite however, she moved very fast through the content. Answering questions with the same info that was previously shared. I did not feel like I got individualized service specific to my needs.

A little hard to understand at times but got the job done.

They communicated very well with me. Laid out their expectations and what I needed to do on my end to be successful as well. I had to take notes with our calls, and follow up. They set you up for success, ultimately I feel it is up to you how successful you are using them. I am still getting used to being active on the program.
