I'm not the most tech savvy person but Apple made the whole process work smoothly. Apple made it where even I could understand what we were doing!! Very knowledgable and easy to work with.

Apple was very helpful with helping setup my business on a variety of platforms, and gave very clear instructions on steps to take, and solutions to questions as they came up. It is clear, she is well versed in what she does and I would highly recommend her for someone looking to build their online business presence.

Had my 2nd onboarding meeting with Apple Esguerra today to go over the Oggvo dashboard and software we did not cover in our 1st meeting. Apple was just as outstanding as she was during our 1st meeting. She is excellent in making sure I knew how to use the tools and navigate through the dashboard before moving on to the next steps. She is an excellent communicator and I am glad she was assigned to me as my account manager, and team member! She always responds very quickly to my emails too whenever I have follow up questions as I did after our meeting ended. Apple is definitely an expert on how to use all the Oggvo tools.
