I was a little hesitant after hearing a couple horror stories of faulty resellers but I had a smooth and real experience using The Official Ticket Center. I even had a couple questions which I called the number listed on their website and was instantly connected to somebody who is able to answer everything for me. My family enjoyed the savings from using this site and had a fabulous vacation.

This place is great! We bought flex tickets online from them before our trip for a great price. We got 3 days at Universal and Island of Adventure with park to park and 14 days at Seaworld with free parking for around 400 a person which is cheaper that Universal by itself for the 3 days. The place was easy to find using our phone GPS. When we arrived the staff was super friendly and was great with our kids as well. The transaction took only about 5-7 minutes from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. My favorite part was that unlike other places where you buy discount tickets, there were no extra sales tactics used on us, not even a suggestion that we purchase anything else! On a side note..we did purchase our tickets in advance online but you do not have to. You can walk in and buy them for the same price as purchasing them early online. All in all, this was by far one of our best experiences obtaining tickets and we will certainly be back to visit again. Thank you for starting our vacation off on a good note!

We were scalped. I called and told them that I wanted to cancel and he said I couldn't. We paid 170.00 for a ticket that was 45.00. Never again

Having to call your credit catd holder then going back online is not as nice as one would think. It's more of a hassle than i want to do.
