My international (outside of Canada and USA) credit card could not be verified, as they could not verify my address with my card. Hence, they said that they would be unable to send an e-ticket but will need to verify through hotel delivery option to give me a physical ticket. They offered for a free hotel delivery option for my case and within half an hour of my calling (I called at 8), they arrived to give me my ticket (by 8.30am). Very efficient and trustworthy.

Got a fantastic upgrade on my Disney World tickets, and linked seamlessly with my My Disney app. Will definitely use next time I’m in Orlando! Wish y’all did Disneyland too!
