Disney tickets were the best priced on the web. We are going only 2 days so there are no real discounts. Looked everywhere for best price.

They failed to honor the pricing they advertised with which i booked. Neither offered any discount on future bookings. I feel i wasted hours planning my vacation on their website. I do not feel they care for their customers, just how much money they can make by making you feel they are offering a discount when they arent

I purchased my tickets online and my credit card was billed and I got receipt only for them to call me the next day and say order was cancelled and that if I want the tickets that were already purchased that I would have to pay $200 more per ticket. Upon talking to their customer service they said that their online pricing was incorrect and that the new pricing was almost double. Now it’s not like it was a misplaced decimal point on their as shown price. It was a totally different price altogether. Now if it was truly an “honest mistake” rectify the situation with a decent discount. However they did no such thing. I’m very disappointed with them.
