it was a very seamless purchase, i purchased one attraction ticket wrong and they were very nice about changing it.

Having booked Disney World tickets from outside US, I got an email saying that e-tickets could not be given due to credit card verification issues and that I need to pick up physical tickets. This meant no fast pass Plus, I emailed them and they sorted out the matter in 24 hours issuing me the e-tickets. Great customer service !
