No issues, tickets arrived within 5 days

Was a good price.. only issue was that the tickets were not connected to the card we received so we couldn't book our fast passes prior to arriving at the park and also had to queue up at the customer relations counter for them to attach the ticket.. lucky there was only 4 people infront of us so only took 30 mins but when you're glong to all 4 Disney parks in 1 day.. every minute counts. Apart from that would book again.

Excellent service

This was a waste of time as we still had to queue up once at Disney World to collect our tickets, which took approx 90 minutes. Although it stated this when we booked, it implied you picked them up from a Ticket Center vendor so it would be quick & easy.

Excellent customer service experience. Lisa was really nice with me answering all my questions and concerns. Definitely I will book with them again on my future vacations.

I was nervous about using this company at first. But they did everything they said you would and could do. And it was very easy to contact them through email and by phone. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you!
