I didn't understand that there were other ways of getting the Estas. I was confused, mostly about the difference in price to that of a friend who had just applied for the same thing. When I asked for clarity via your email address customer assistance and was answered promptly. The explanation was courtious and clear. I was offered a discount which was extremely kind. You don't need this service. It is a rip off of a government service that only cost US dollar 14. The name is misleading, this is a private company and not Official at all. Avoid.

Con artists claiming to be the official Esta website but they arent- they charge $95 for a service that actually costs $14 if you do it directly with the official government site.
