Very pleased with the product and ease of assembly. The laminate does chip very easily so I am looking for a paint pen to match the finish.

I received my desk and was able to get it all put together in a couple of days. I am very happy with the quality and look and feel of the desk as well as the ease of assembly. The only problem I had with the order was a missing package of parts in one of the boxes. I called the toll free number and the missing package arrived the next day. Awesome, hassle free, customer service!!!

purchased 4 office chairs and they all arrived with scratches on the arms and legs from rubbing against the cardboard packaging. I called to return them and they told me I couldn't return anything that had already been opened.

There were a few things that were not as good of quality as we thought they should have been for the price.
