Quick delivery. The furniture was a great value. Exactly what we wanted.

We had an issue with the delivery company but David and his staff were able to quickly resolve and remedy the situation to the point that I am now a dedicated and loyal customer of their business for the foreseeable future. This is exactly how businesses ought to operate. I wish OfficeFurtunite2go and their company Everything2Go the best of luck and expect them to continue to succeed and prosper. For me, my buying experience went very well from beginning to end. Seems like a very well organized business. Packaging was solid, assembly was straightforward, and the products we're was as expected.

Ordered quite a bit of furniture for our office. The furniture was solid, well built, and fairly easy to put together. However the real stars are the employees. All our questions regarding ordering were answered quickly and the help we received making decisions was fantastic. They even sent us drawings of what our layout would look like. A few pieces came damaged, but customer service was so wonderful. The replaced the pieces, and while we though it would take forever to get the replacements, they arrived within a couple of days! Emails are answered quickly and you are never left hanging without an answer to your question. Would highly recommend this company, regardless of the brand of furniture you're looking to purchase.

The file cabinet showed up without wheels and screws to connect them. After contacting Bush Industries wheels were sent but no screws. Screws were sent out, but the process took over 2 weeks. Not happy.

One of the pieces to my desk were damaged.

I wasn’t aware that there would be so many boxes. There was no place for the delivery guy to put them except in front of my garage doors. Then I had to move them myself to get the doors open. They’re extremely heavy. Perhaps a warning on the website regarding how many boxes the furniture arrives in? We also had to get a hand cart to get it all up the stairs because there was no way my husband and I could carry it all up, and we’re pretty strong people.

OfficeFurntiture2Go deserves a 5 star rating, except the local delivery service they use is HORRIBLE. But rating OfficeFurniture2Go: the furniture quality is great, packaged well for transit & easy to assemble. The people there are very courteous & responsive. Any questions/concerns were immediately addressed and resolved, 5 star PLUS. The problems came with their "local" delivery/movers ABS Freight (ABF) who showed up with only one guy & asked to be rescheduled when he could get help. He showed up the 2nd time, again alone, no dolly (a furniture mover w/no dolly?) I had to move the furniture myself - after having paid extra to have it delivered to my suite. OfficeFurniture2Go did credit me $300 for the inconvenience caused by the incompetence of ABF. I was very impressed w/OfficeFurniture2Go but will insist on a different delivery company for any future purchases.
