i got a very cheap yearly plan of virtual server from their Black Friday Promo, it was Frankfurt OpenVZ7 vm with 4C Ryzen 6GB Ram and 80GB SSD. Everything is good (Support, Network etc) until a couple of months later it was suddenly gone, cannot ssh, also no vm appears on my virtulalizor. I contacted support and they answer briefly: my vm got reset and they will reprovision it, but to OpenVZ6, what? i need at least Ubuntu 20 or Debian 10, not ancient Ubuntu 18.. i ask them to migrate mine to OpenVZ7 but they said it came with a cost, what? i think this was a very bad first impression of them. im very dissapointed and immediately canceled my service and not going back.. Fast support, not very good service. I was lucky it was not a production server. EDIT AFTER THEIR REPLY: Ticket#OB-01695715 Ticket#OB-01691954 invoice#33893 Change Date of experience to Sep24,2022, sorry i have missed to the correct date before

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continually strive to enhance our services. Regarding the unexpected disappearance of your virtual server, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. It's important to note that occasionally, server resets can occur due to missed payments. However, upon resolving the payment issue, we promptly provide access to the latest available machine to ensure uninterrupted service. Our aim is always to deliver the highest level of performance and reliability. As our infrastructure evolves to meet the growing demands of our customers, we're constantly adding new machines to our network. This expansion may occasionally result in variations in virtualization versions. However, rest assured that the specifications of the server, including CPU, RAM, and storage capacity, remain consistent across all machines. We understand the importance of maintaining consistency and reliability in our services, and we regret any confusion or inconvenience caused by this situation. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're committed to addressing any concerns you may have. If you have any further questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We value your business and appreciate the opportunity to improve your experience with us.
