Regarding the issue of spam, please be aware that we have a strict zero-tolerance policy in place. If your server is found to be involved in sending spam, it violates our terms of service, and as a result, you may not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, we may need to suspend your service immediately to prevent further abuse. To address your concerns, we encourage you to continue communicating with us through the ticketing system. Rest assured that we will thoroughly investigate your case, and if there is no evidence of spamming, we will take the necessary steps to unblock your service. The cost is not high basically their is a difference between single domain SSL and Wildcard SSL so different product and different pricing and By default SSL comes with .cert format and you can convert it to any format. Conversion for every single server and formats are not included by default. Hope you understand this.
