About Oak Park Home & Hardware, Inc. (OPHH.com) Oak Park Home & Hardware has been in business since 2001. We are a small business and genuinely care about helping our customers in any way possible. We are a mid-west company located within the Frank Lloyd Wright Historic District in Oak Park, IL. Customers are our top priority and we aim to make your shopping experience an enjoyable one! Offering Many Quality Products Made in USA Oak Park Home & Hardware began with the goal of offering products made in USA by either an individual Craftsman or small manufacturer. Over the years, it has become quite challenging to offer products exclusively made in USA and over time, have incorporated some quality products made overseas into our product mix. More Than Just A Home Store Oak Park Home & Hardware specializes in interior and exterior lighting, hardware, and home accessories. Many of our items are made to order and available in many finish and/or glass options. For this reason, we do everything possible to assist in our customer’s selection process. This may require multiple phone conversations, email conversations, and Photoshop renditions. This is, in part, what separates us from our competition and our customers find much value in this effort (and so do we).Shipping PolicyOur online shipping costs are for shipping within the 48 contiguous States. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Internationally. These shipping costs are typically our actual shipping cost without any mark-up.Your privacy and order information remains private and secure. We do not share customer information with any other businesses or third party.

Joseph was very helpful and provided important information to assist in our decision to purchase a light fixture. The online ordering process was easy. Most important, the product arrived as promised and will work beautifully in our dining room.

I had a very helpful phone call about house number styles they had in stock and placed the order then. The numbers arrived in the timeframe projected and look great! I’d order from them again.

Joseph was great and very responsive. Would give a 5, but the manufacturer left out a part, the connecting rod for the statue and pedestal. Joseph got right on it and they shipped the missing part. Will order from them again.
