U can say I have been a loyal customer for some time and I have nothing but good things to say ! I do have this one time tho that I received a item came damage not sure how but it did and I reached out to customer service I was unsure what to expect as I never had any issues with any items , but I can say I’m by far happy with my experience, they are so helpful and fast reply and was able to address my issue in a timely fashion , I’ll still order from them because they not only are genuine with listening to their customers they are showing accountability. Quality of the items are good , customer service is welcoming and they kept me up to date with everytime. Very satisfied.

I purchased a few jewelry pieces from oakjuri, when the items came I immediately contacted the company to let them know there's a problem with some of my items. One of the bracelets is completely defective, both sides does not screw. Another bracelets keep popping after screwing it, and all of of bracelets, all 3 of them are the wrong size. They responded back after the first email request a video, I sent video and pictures, they have stopped responding to my emails. And also, yellow gold bracelet is a very dark yellow not like the ones showing on their website. All these positive reviews may have been fake!

they are truly incredible! My pieces were packaged securely and in beautiful jewelry boxes. The jewelry quality is a 10/10 and they even send you a quality check video when they are preparing your order. As well as tracking updates. Shipping takes around 13 days for me. I get so many compliments on all of my jewelry!! I’ll never stop buying from oakjuri!💗
