The product I received looked great but was too small. I had ordered one size but when I complained to Oakjuri that the itsm I received was the wrong size they said my original order wasn’t for the size I thought I’d ordered but two sizes smaller. As a one tine courtesy they offered to replace it for me without me needing to even return the ine I received. Great service. Only negative is that when you olace an irder you do not receive an email confirmation for about 2 weeks and it also does not show the order details ( size, colour etc). Great product quality though and looks authentic

Ordered twice and very happy with the items received. Although one of my item was broken when arrived but customer service made it really easy to resolve the issue. Will definetly order more.

Had a problem with the product and they dealt with it promptly. Very good service and fast shipping.

I received my order and after about a week of just wearing my watch twice it broke, so I contacted them about the defective item immediately and asked if a replacement is possible. They got back to me and now I’m waiting on my replacement. It is my first time ordering from here so good customer service so far.
