I received my order and after about a week of just wearing my watch twice it broke, so I contacted them about the defective item immediately and asked if a replacement is possible. They got back to me and now I’m waiting on my replacement. It is my first time ordering from here so good customer service so far.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a brand-new watch and received an item with obvious flaws in the finish that made it look defective straight out of the package. Calling this a “normal production characteristic” is honestly ridiculous and nothing more than an excuse for poor quality control. If this is the standard your company considers acceptable, that says everything about the level of quality customers can expect. What made this even worse was your response. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a proper solution, you tried to brush it off and offered a small coupon for a future purchase — as if I would ever want to order from you again after this experience. That is not customer service, that is insulting. I paid for a new, high-quality product and received something that looked flawed and cheap. On top of that, the way this complaint was handled was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have had in a long time. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering from this company. Based on the poor product quality and the way customer complaints are handled, I absolutely cannot recommend them.

I recently bought a Tiffany inspired necklace and earring set . When I reached out to customer service in regards to exchanging the earrings that were defective . No one reached back out to me . I tried multiple times and they do not respond. I thought the quality of the necklace and earrings was sufficient, not as good as I thought it was going to be by the reviews left on their site.
