The divider between the driver and passenger was broken, so there was no privacy. And the driver kept calling me to tell me I was late even though I paid for the waiting time.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify a few points. The divider between the driver and passenger was not broken; it is designed to provide privacy, but we understand that your perception may have been different. Regarding the wait time, our records indicate that the pickup was scheduled for 11:30 PM, but the actual pickup occurred at 1 AM. While we strive to accommodate our clients' schedules, we were faced with an extended delay. We understand that such situations can be challenging, and our driver's intention in notifying you was to keep you informed. We also want to clarify that there was no charge for the waiting time in this instance, despite your account being beyond the scheduled time. We value your business and took the initiative to ensure your transportation needs were met. We are here to provide a friendly and professional service, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. We genuinely hope that your overall experience with NYC State Limo was positive, and we look forward to any future opportunities to serve you. Best regards, NYC State Limo
