AR helped me today. I couldn't get my face mask to light up. I was sent a video and saw what I wasn't doing right. I was helped within moments which I appreciated due to being on my lunch break. If this were more explained with the arrival of the product, I would have rated the product a 5. Customer service is wonderful though! I've been enjoying my mat and belt very much.

Really enjoying the product. I use it twice a day. I had an issue with the on/off switch and the support team sent me a replacement part and walked me through the process to install it. Great customer support. High recommend this product. Jason

My red light hat stopped working after a couple uses. I emailed Nuvio and Ossy was great. He had me send videos of the problem and after reviewing the videos, Ossy was able to have a replacement hat sent.

Purchased a Chiller pro. Gave me an E6 error code after it finally hit my desired temperature. E6 is pump malfunction. Took over a week to get a response from technical support. Asked me for a video. Waited another week. Was told I would receive an update to my app and chiller. Waited another week for that. The update did not fix my problem. Now the chiller has the same problem with no error code and doesn’t chill the water. Still waiting for technical support. Asked multiple times for a return and continue being asked for information I already gave to delay the process. I will not buy from this company again and keep searching reviews on this company. I’m not the only one having these issues. Issue.

However, we recognize that you've already provided information, followed the recommended troubleshooting steps and completed the software update without success. While technical assessments can be necessary for warranty-related issues, they should not result in customers feeling that their concerns or requests are being disregarded. Your Chiller Pro is covered by our 12-month product warranty, and an unresolved fault should be properly assessed so that an appropriate resolution can be offered. I recently had a pump stop working. The team walked me through updating my system. Once the system was updated the pump begain working but the chiller was not working. Team immediately sent me a replacement

Ossy in customer service work hard to solve my problem with the red light bag. I received a replacement part and the bag works now. I am pleased with his attention to my problem and in finding a solution.
