This is the second time you've asked for my opinion and I haven't heard back from anyone I have only been able to use my very expensive red light bag once--one of the controllers does not work. I simply need someone to send me another controller and I'll send the broken one back.

Still not had my order delivered????? Nobody from nuvio is responding to my messages and emails

BUYER BEWARE — DEFECTIVE $706.86 PRODUCT, WARRANTY DELAYS, AND NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT I purchased a Nuvio Recovery Pro Chiller in September 2025 for $706.86. By July 2026, less than one year after purchasing it, the unit stopped working. I contacted Nuvio while the product was still under its one-year warranty. What should have been a straightforward warranty claim has turned into months of frustration, repeated delays, and a complete lack of accountability. Their customer service repeatedly requested photos, videos, and additional troubleshooting information. I complied with every request, yet instead of resolving the issue, they continued questioning the cause of the malfunction and making me feel responsible for their defective equipment. At one point, they sent a replacement hose, which did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Despite providing evidence that the issue was with the unit itself, no meaningful solution was offered. The most concerning part is that I reported this issue BEFORE my warranty expired. Because of Nuvio’s prolonged delays, the warranty period has now passed without the company honoring my original claim. After months of unsuccessful communication, I sent a formal email demanding a replacement or appropriate resolution. Since sending that email, Nuvio has completely stopped responding. No replacement. No refund. No solution. Not even a response. I paid $706.86 for equipment that failed within its first year and have spent months trying to get the company to stand behind its product. A warranty is meaningless if a company delays the process until it expires and then stops communicating. I strongly caution anyone considering Nuvio Recovery products to research their warranty support and customer service before purchasing. I am requesting a working replacement or a full refund of $706.86.

Terrible customer service! You basically chat with an Ai person and it takes 72 hours to respond to your email. I placed the order on July 29. They took my money -799£ and never send me the the red light bag ! Then in two working weeks time i started to worry as there wasn’t any shipping notifications . each time i will text them they will make me wait 3 days to answer and then after almost a month i receive a reply that they cannot ship to UK !!!!! Then I had to wait another 14 days to receive my refund!!!!! They charged me 100£ for the mask that supposed to be a gift!!! Which is totally unacceptable!!!!! I will never ever deal with Nuvio ever again!!!! If you are from Uk do not order you will loose your time and money!!!!! Ridiculously unacceptable!!! A totally disappointed customer! If I can give -1 for experience here I will most certainly do so !!!

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sincerely sorry for the considerable frustration and disappointment caused by your order, particularly the extended wait, lack of clear communication and subsequent refund concerns. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to place an order worth £799, wait several weeks without shipping updates, and only then be informed that we were unable to fulfil delivery to your UK address. Any shipping restrictions should be communicated clearly before a purchase is completed, and we apologize that this wasn't your experience. We're also sorry that our response times added to your frustration. While we use automated assistance for initial enquiries, we do have a team of human customer service representatives. However, we recognize that waiting several days between responses, particularly when an order is already significantly delayed, is far from the level of service you should expect. Regarding your refund, we understand your disappointment at having to wait a further 14 days and your concern about the £100 charge for a mask you understood to be complimentary. Promotional gifts are generally linked to qualifying purchases, but we appreciate that if the main order cannot be fulfilled, any associated promotional charges or refund adjustments should be clearly explained and reviewed. We'd like to investigate the £100 discrepancy and ensure that your refund has been calculated correctly. If you're open to it, please do share your order details and we will personally review this. We're very sorry that your experience has left you with such a negative impression of Nuvio. Your feedback highlights important areas where our shipping communication, customer support and refund processes need to improve, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Best, Nuvio
Poor customer service with back-and-forth text messages every other day, in the middle of the night for weeks, not allowing me to make a return before the 30 days. No customer service phone number. If you buy it they will not return your money.

Hi Michael, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're very sorry to hear about the difficulties you've encountered when trying to arrange a return and the frustration caused by the communication you've received from our support team. We understand how disappointing it must be to spend weeks exchanging messages without reaching a clear resolution, particularly when you're trying to arrange a return within the 30-day period. We also appreciate your concerns about the timing of our messages and the absence of telephone support. While we don't currently offer phone support, our customer service team is available through email and messaging channels. However, we recognize that these channels need to provide timely, meaningful assistance, and we're sorry that this hasn't been your experience. Our 30-day return policy does have certain eligibility requirements, including hygiene-related restrictions for some products. However, customers who contact us within the return period should receive clear guidance on their options, and delays in our team's responses should not prevent a return request made within that timeframe from being properly reviewed. We'd like to take another look at your case, including when you first requested the return and the correspondence that followed, if you would be open to sharing your order details. We're sincerely sorry for the frustration this experience has caused and appreciate your feedback about our returns process and customer support. Best, Nuvio
This is by far one of the worst companies to deal with. Their customer service team is outstanding in lacking responses or process to assist clients having issues. They constantly run circles around the issues and ask for videos and photos and then dont do anything but ask for it again and again and again. The most they will do is send you a hose and say that you’re the one nkt cleaning or maintaining your device, which again they don’t even tell you how to do. At the end of the day my $700 went to a company that sells a chiller pro that lasts 6 months then stops working… so if thats what you’re looking for this is the scam for you. Buy it while its $200 off so it hurts less when they dont do anything about the issue!

Hi Tan, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're very sorry to hear that your Chiller Pro stopped functioning after approximately six months and that you've been left feeling unsupported throughout the troubleshooting process. We completely understand your frustration, particularly given the amount you've invested in your chiller. Having to repeatedly provide photos and videos without seeing meaningful progress towards a resolution is understandably disappointing, and we're sorry that your experience with our support team has fallen short of expectations. Our technical team requests photos, videos and troubleshooting information to help identify faults and determine whether replacement components or further action are required. However, we recognize that these requests should serve a clear purpose and should not result in customers repeatedly completing the same steps without progress. We also appreciate your feedback regarding maintenance instructions, as customers should have access to clear guidance on how to properly care for their equipment. Our Chiller Pro comes with a 12-month product warranty, so a fault developing after six months should be investigated and addressed in accordance with that coverage. If a replacement component has not resolved the issue, our team should review the results and determine the appropriate next steps rather than continuing to repeat unsuccessful troubleshooting. If you're open to it, please share your order details here and we will personally review your case to get this resolved. We're sincerely sorry that your experience has affected your trust in Nuvio. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and recognize the importance of providing reliable products alongside responsive and effective after-sales support. Best, Nuvio
