I ordered the chiller pro + pro long pod and it’s been holding up great during summer, I have it in a shaded area in my yard and it’s been holding around 50-52 F which I find optimal for 90-120 second plunges. Very happy that I went for this one over the premium ones that cost a lot more

1. Good info in advertising - per inflammation, muscle pain and how red light therapy helps the body. 2. Sales that give a lower price is always a plus. 3. When I asked A.I. about quality cost-effective red light therapy, Nuvio comes up as #1.

I had their chiller last year and it’s still working great, I then got the sauna last Christmas and now I’ve got their red light mat, happy with everything

I got the red light blanket and love it. Got my husband to try it for his back. He has been doing exercises for his back over 15 years so he could delay operation. He has used the blanket for 3 months and doesn’t have to do the exercises anymore. Also, we had trouble with some of the lights emailed Rehman and had a great conversation. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Thank Rehman for all your help!!

Michael helped me with my red light therapy bag order, he located my tracking code and provided me with updates on my scheduled delivery. He even checked in to make sure I had received it, which I had.

I order long pod pro who is supposed to be inflated ...... good joke only the top part like 2% of the pod ..... I try to return the product or get échange for better product and i get stuck with Ozzy ......... Take 2 days and more to answer andis useless and he dont care about helping me. I got all proof. i ask to return and he only play with me and take another 2 days to answer that i need to say i want to return the product... I ask 2 or 3 times in the e-mail to return this shitty product i never have a such bad service. Im a big customer and i will buy another ice bath in few month and it never never never be with this compagny who dont care about is customer. When you dont even try to find a way to satified your customer you are not a compagny who care you dont deserve to have a business. I was ready to buy a better gear and when you get serve like this im sorry but never again. Your chiller took way to long to get 10 degree down yes the price is low but i promise me next time il oay 500 $ more for a compagny who care and have reslly good product and 2 years warranty. I buy fast and i will remember this mistake to only look at the price because it cheap and the service is 0 . And the worst thing they lie to me about a refund of 10% to keep the product instead of returning it .

Response from Nuvio Recovery· Sep 23, 2026
Hi Luc, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry that both the product and the support you received left you feeling this frustrated. We understand that you expected more of the Recovery Long Pod Pro’s inflatable construction and that, after deciding it wasn’t right for you, you wanted a straightforward conversation about returning it or potentially upgrading to another product. If you had already clearly requested a return, we appreciate how frustrating it would have been to then be asked again to confirm that this was what you wanted, particularly with several days between responses. We’re also sorry to hear about your experience with our support team, Response times and communication should make resolving an issue easier, not leave a customer feeling that they are going around in circles, and we’ll take your feedback regarding the handling of the case seriously. Regarding the 10% refund, this can sometimes be offered as an optional goodwill alternative to returning a product, allowing a customer to keep the item while receiving a partial refund. Once this has been agreed and confirmed, this gets processed back to your original payment method, so we hope this process has since been completed. If it has not, please do not hesitate to share your order details here and we will personally look into this. We’re disappointed that an experience which could potentially have resulted in you exchanging or upgrading your equipment has instead left you not wanting to purchase from Nuvio again. We appreciate you providing detailed feedback and are sorry that the service you received did not meet the standard we aim to provide. Best, Nuvio
