Im new to wearing a CGM and having a subscription. The customer service was responsive, knowledgeable and helped me navigate all the questions I had.

I paid for a 3 month subscription - then was prompted to put in my insurance to see if insurance would cover. I was unable to purchase the unit because it said I already had a product (dietician). I was told by the dietician that I really need a CGM for her to give me the right advice. I was unable to order one from Nutrisense and kept emailing the customer service email asking for help. Crickets... except for a repeat email that says to go online and order. I received an email that my scheduled 2nd visit with the dietician was cancelled because my insurance did not cover. But I paid 3 months already for a subsciption that I cannot use because I cannot order their device. I needed a device before my next appointment so I ordered from Stelo...which I had to pay for their CGM and their subscription as it would not connect with NS. Still no answer on a refund or what I am actually paying for. My dietician visit was today but was cancelled.

Scam company. Pros: you get an idea of blood sugar issues, however, CGM is not very accurate when tested against blood. So disappointed in NutriSense. The first issue is shipping they ship via USPS so there’s at least a one week delay getting your new CGM’s. Secondly, by the end of your subscription, assuming that it’s three months, you’ve lost almost a month of data waiting for your CGM to arrive. More concerningly, there’s no notification at the end of your subscription that it will auto renew. You have to actually go into the app and cancel your subscription at least three days prior to the end of your subscription or they will re bill you. You also can’t get a hold of anybody quickly at NutriSense. Also, they make it seem like it’s easy to see a dietitian however, my very good health plan wouldn’t cover it. All in all I finally the app to be a scam and the company to be equally poor.

Jennifer from customer support was incredible. Somehow Nutrisense had outdated insurance information on file for me and Jennifer was quick and responsive at getting it updated and completing the insurance verification so that I could schedule with my nutritionist soon. I’m very happy with the experience.

Extremely disappointed with my Nutrisense experience. My first nutritionist ghosted me after just a few days, with no explanation or follow-up. Things only got worse from there. • Sensor #1 broke after 7 days • Sensor #2 malfunctioned during application, and it took over a week to get a replacement • Sensor #3 also failed in just 6 days, and the next replacement took more than 10 days to arrive To make matters worse, response times are typically more than 2 days, which makes troubleshooting slow and frustrating. And there’s no way to reach anyone by phone — everything has to go through email or chat, which makes urgent issues feel ignored. This is a premium-priced service, and I expected much better reliability and support. I regret committing to a subscription.

Nutrisense is extremely responsive to questions or any issues. Working with my assigned nutritionist has also been game-changing for my health journey. My nutritionist has been an amazing cheerleader and guide for me to navigate a new diagnosis of Hashimoto's and hypothyroidism while working to determine how to manage my blood sugar.

Worst customer support I have ever seen. Read the app reviews. This program is a money pit. They charge fees for missed appointments, early termination fees, extraneous monthly service fees, all while collecting money from your insurance if the services are covered. If not, it will cost extra. This program cost me ~$250 to try for less than 24 hrs. I was blocked when asked for a refund and cancellation HOURS after signing up. Do NOT waste your money.
