I have appreciated the great product I was getting from you however the delivery of the parcel has left me greatly disappointed because the parcel was dumped on my footpath outside my house and the delivery driver just drove off after throwing it out of the passenger window. I have video surveillance of it happening and I decided to never use your product again for this reason as I didn't discover it there for about 24hrs because I thought it was a piece of rubbish blown there from the wind. I only thought to carefully look at it when I got a text message to say it had been delivered. Actually, the text message was sent late that night about 8pm. Obviously when the driver had finished his run. The delivery happened during the late morning of that day. This has really put me off using your company for any further purchases.
