Their product, Calciven did not improve my bone density after 17 months (April 2025 through August 2026) at full dosage and too much calcium caused unhealthy side effects. I consider the company dishonest and predatory because when I was not reordering soon enough to suit them, I received a scary phone call urging me to reorder because stopping could cause deleterious effects on my health. Worse than Big Pharma!

The person I worked with (Jon) was most receptive and informative. He responded promptly to all my requests. My one reservation is that your website is very difficult to navigate.

Nutreance has a pretty good reputation from what I can tell, but I have not noticed improvement in my eye sight or the flyers in my eyes, after 8 bottles of their very expensive Visiguard vitamins. I followed their usage instructions to a tee. I noticed sporadic nausea from taking the vitamins also. I even did a very short experiment after several months where I stopped taking the vitamins for like 3 days or so, then my eyes got slightly worse than they were when I started taking their Visiguard vitamins. My eyes started feeling dryer and my eye sight was more prone to getting a little cloudy similar to what you might exerience waking up in the morning. Also, seemed like lowering the dosage helped with the nausea and had no negative affects compared to larger dosages, but still overall, did not improve my vision quality or the flyers in my eyes. They seem like pretty nice people, and their service is very personal with decent delivery times, but I did not notice any significant improvement from taking their very expensive vitamins. Very disappointing.

I love and faithfully use your RediMind product but your pushy marketing drives me crazy. If you see that I have been a regular customer for years, why are you bombarding me with need to order now reminders. I know exactly when I need to reorder.

They send me advertisements promoting their products as "clinically shown" or similar, but I have asked them several times to send me the names of the so-called "clinical trials" but they do not even answer my emails. If they are being truthful, I suggest they include the names and dates of theses trials.

I ordered Calciven to try for my Osteoporosis. I ordered 4 bottles as the price break was good. I did this because of the 30 day refund policy. I tried it for almost a month but it reacted with my other medication. I wasn't able to continue taking it. I asked for a refund as i was under the 30 days to get a refund. I was told that the 30 days starts from when you order the product. It took 10 days to get to me. The 30 days should start when I received the product not when I ordered it. I wasn't taking the supplement during the 10 days it took to get to me. Beware if you are trying this as I was!

I made and order in May and waited no less than 3 weeks before I had to prompt the company on the status of my order. For context, the order was still in the sorting center out of country (I’m based in Southeast Asia btw). 2 weeks after that, I got a notification that the order had been delivered. To my dismay, it hadn’t and I updated the company as such. After waiting 2 days, I emailed the company again to share that I haven’t gotten my order, to which they said they can’t refund the order as it has been said to be delivered. What a horrific experience, and good riddance thanks.

I tried to cancel my order 15-20 minutes after placing and they refused. Now, to get refunded, I have to return the items and pay postage for the items. No return label is offered, it’s the customers obligation. I wanted to cancel as these supplements are not backed by the FDA organization.
