no one will contact me back despite complaints to customer service

The quality of the 200 watt folding solar panel that I received is good. It just so happens that the particular panel that I received was damaged. The support team took care of me efficiently and fairly. A point of improvement for the company could be that if the shipping box looks old or damaged, the product(s) be verified as being new and not damaged, prior to shipping.

Good price. Fast free shipping. Arrived on time. So far I like the panels though Iaven't done much with them yet. So far so good. Thank you

The panel is exactly as described; it works perfectly, is quite lightweight, and is easy to use. Although I couldn't test its full charging capacity—since it was cloudy and 8:00 a.m.—it worked well, and I recommend it.

The 400 w solar panel is doing great, paired with my other 400 w solar panel. I see almost 500 w solar input on clear sunny days, even when temp in 90s. However, the carry bag as the support to use to tilt the panels at different angles is a joke. A single person, with 4 open solar panel, on the look carry case, trying to connect the hooks, and angle it, while the sides are falling, is horrible. It should have better stands. It appears another version of the same solar panel had metal kickstands, and a wire carry pouch connected to the panels. Mine doesn't. That's real bad. I can't tilt the solar panels.

Ordered a 400 W solar panel. Realized I used the wrong card that a bill was coming in through on. Immediately emailed asking if I could change payment methods. No response. Emailed a second time. No response. Tried calling. The only number they have listed doesn't work. Other people reported the same problem. The carrier that they shipped it with used the excuse they did not deliver it was that a 40 lb 4 ft wide box wouldn't fit in the mailbox. Had to go and pick it up myself. Communication is non-existent. Customer service horrific.

Out of the box worked great Tested in full sun laying flat and easily charged one at a time my power bank, Garmin Inreach Mini 3 and iPhone. Panels folded nicely and securely. Seems to be well made. Overall impressed with its design and functionality. Look Forward to using on an extensive canoe trip.
