It’s very easy to upload pics and tell the provider what is needed.

The providers and nurses at Nurx are kind, attentive, and helpful with my needs. I complete a check in about once every 2-3 months/refills of my medication and they always check to see if I am progressing or experiencing side effects, etc. When I reported that my first medication was not supporting my goals as efficiently as I liked, my provider gave a couple other options that may work better (and it did!). Additionally, my medication arrives in a timely manner as soon as I complete my check in. I'm really satisfied with my experience as a weight-loss patient of Nurx.

This is a scam. I was charged 60 dollars for nothing, a “consultation”. I filled out a questionnaire, then four days later got more questions from a “physician” then nothing. No response to my answers. And they would not refund my money. Do not trust this company.

Nurx will never let you run out of your medication! I was constantly being told my "refill was too soon" at the pharmacy but ever since I started getting my birth control filled with Nurx they ship me a new 3 months supply when I start my last month of the previous shipment's supply! This was game changing for me because I have PMDD and I skip the placebo pills, making what would be a 28 day supply for a normal person only 24 days. This was causing the "refill too soon" issue at walgreens, despite my prescription clearly listing that I was only meant to take the 24 day supply.

Super easy and I barely have to think about getting my medication.

My medicine/birth control is ALWAYS on time. The packages are never damaged, and the customer service experience in the Nurx app is amazing. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who is interested in getting on a birth control pill with little to no side effects.

I love how they communicate clearly with me & answered any questions that I have . I appreciate how my medication is always mails discreetly in the mailbox to me . I have had a Wonderful Experience with Nurx & would recommend to anyone.
