Crappy Business
Crappy Business, you can barely ever talk to a real person. there are always issues. It just feels like AI slop site. It's too bad it's one of the only cheapest options.

LOVE Nurx!!
Shipments are always on time and Vienva does not give me any bad side effects. I've been using Nurx for years now to get my BC and there has been no hiccups. Even without healthcare insurance, I only have to pay very little out of pocket. I don't know the exact amount, but probably less than $100 a year which is amazing!

Getting multiple responses within a 10…
Getting multiple responses within a 10 min timeframe about my insurance being terminated or not covering my prescription and then being told it was valid and they could send the script. I’m not sure if it was AI automatic chat at first and then a live agent or what but it’s very frustrating having to repeat the same thing over and getting responses that don’t make sense or being told for me to check what my insurance covers (insurance covers birth control) when it was the responses being inaccurate
