I clearly stated I wanted to wait until I finished my current product (Tretinoin) before ordering the next tube and they processed the $90 order anyway and now I have too much of the product. This is the third time this has happened. And when I ask about a refund they claim they cannot, even if the product is unopened. Overall, this company uses aggressive subscription auto-renewal tactics and they charge customers for services and medication without explicit or real-time consent.

This company has been so wonderful for me!!! As someone who doesn’t have insurance, being able to get birth control and other medications is such a life saver. They make things so easy to navigate

Super simple and easy to use, everyone I've spoke to is super helpful. When my doctor and pharmacy had slip ups getting me my prescription on time, I switched and have been with Nurx for 4 years now and have never had to worry about if I'm getting my BC on time, and even without insurance, it's super affordable care!
