I wanted a keyboard in Taiwan and accidentally ordered through the nuphy.com site rather than the nuphy.com.tw distributor. The fact that these are separated and entering Taiwan shipping details is the only reason not go give 5 stars. The keyboard was imported and nuphy.com walked me through the process which took a couple of weeks. The product is excellent and the support is excellent although I am confused why the logistics between the sites are not connected.

La tastiera è davvero ben fatta e si buona fattura. Ho preso i tasti blush e sono davvero silenziosissimi e in più, con un'offerta sul loro sito, ho ricevuto degli accessori aggiuntivi. L'unico punto negativo è la scelta di iMile come servizio di spedizione, davvero pessimo, ma almeno è arrivata.

The shipping was fast and the keyboard arrived without problems or import fees (Italy). I ordered the Air75 V2 with Wisteria switches. The quality is VERY good and the board is beautiful. I'm not a pro as far as keyboards are concerned but I have not had any major problems with it. At first, I could not customize the keys for some reasons but after updating to the latest available firmware on the official website, all is good. My only complaint is the lack of any PBT shine-through keycap option which I have seen is the request of many users and has been neglected by NUPHY.
