I went to this gym and attended an Age Stronger class while visiting a friend. Everyone was very welcoming, John was constantly providing positive guidance to make sure every exercise was done safely and for maximum benefit. The group structure was very motivating yet everyone went at their pace / level of weight. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely join this gym - it will help you get stronger and give you more energy for your golf game, grandchildren or whatever goal you have!
