Arvin, We are terribly sorry that your experience does not match the 100's of other satisfied NTSI customers that leave 5 star reviews. Our Customer Support team did endeavor to work with you regarding logging you in after hours and diligently worked to make this experience a positive one, but sometimes no matter what NTSI does, a customer is unsatisfied and while we wish we could change that, alas sometimes we cannot. We do want to thank you for taking the time to complete the course and for joining our family of safer drivers. We wish you well Arvin and please stay safe!
