We are sorry about the frustration with the vocal print, however, please know that NTSI is mandated to have the required verification calls. Also mandatory are the codes with voice verifications and the strict security question protocols. All of those interface requirements are *MANDATED* by the State of New York, by the DMV of New York and by the rules and regulations that govern such courses within New York. That said, we are truly sorry to hear of your frustration, though profoundly grateful in the face of that frustration that you gave us 5 stars for the great content. You ROCK Michael, thank you!
