The product is very good and easy to use. I reached out to customer service to get an expected delivery date. They couldn't give me one. I asked where the product came from again couldn't answer it. I wish these companies would state when you order something that it is coming from overseas.

This company is a joke. The knee pillow I ordered is very poor quality and I tried to return and they make customer pay shipping fees to return it to China. When I told them that was unreasonable they offered me a 30% refund and keep the knee pillow. But its been 2 months almost and still haven't got my refund. They should nit be advertised on any platform to take people's money for Temu quality products. That are an absolute scam.

My legs are too chunky I guess I couldn't get it comfortable. When I tried to return it is when I found out it was from China and I would have to pay shipping to return it they said I could get a refund of 25% instead which amounts to less than $20.00 it is now October 6th and I've been waiting for that refund since March 30th. Do not bother with this business.

Hi Geneva, we hope you’re doing well. We’re sorry the pillow didn’t feel comfortable for you. We know how frustrating it is when a product doesn’t work out the way you hoped. Your comment about the fit matters to us and has been shared with our product team. The refund agreed with you has been completed. If you need anything else, just write to [email protected]. Linda, Nourial Support
Not as advertised. It squishes down to an inch but "maintains its form" when not in use. Tried to return it but would have cost more than the item. Asked for a partial refund in April/26 but haven't received it yet in September/26! Nourial order 16342.

Hi Fran, we hope you’re doing well. We’re very sorry your experience with us wasn’t what you expected. Thank you for your feedback on the pillow’s firmness, which has been passed on to our product team. We’d also like to confirm that your refund has been processed. If you have any questions, our team is available at [email protected]. Linda, Nourial Support
I tried to return the items. No questions asked was the policy-full refund is the policy EXCEPT they won't provide return info so I can return the pillows. How is that even remotely good customer service. Please re-think your purchase in light of the fact customer service is not responsive.

Hi Ilene, we hope you’re doing well. We’re sorry for the trouble with returning your pillows. To locate your request, we need your order number, as the name on a Trustpilot profile doesn’t always match the one used at checkout. Please send it to [email protected] and one of our agents will reply with the return instructions to the email used for your purchase. Linda, Nourial Support
The item was never received. Multiple emails sent to try to resolve. After two weeks, finally receiving bed an email stating "post office says delivered". Still never received. No refund provided.

I am a side sleeper who just had hip replacement surgery 7 months ago. My back, not my hip, was hurting when I got up in the morning and I had to do serious exercises in order to get out of bed. I read about the pillow and that it would align my spine properly when I slept on my side. I decided to try it and it seems to have made a huge difference. I have since recommended it to friends who were having a similar problem.

Hello, Jo-Linda, we hope you are well. What a joy to read your review. Knowing that your mornings have become easier after everything you have been through in the past months is what makes our work meaningful. That is exactly what the pillow was designed for: keeping the spine aligned for side sleepers. And we are even happier that you have recommended it to your friends. Thank you for your trust. We wish you a great recovery and restful nights. If you ever need anything, we are here at [email protected]. Warm regards, Linda, Nourial Support
I ordered 2 pillows from this scam company never received none or them it's my fault I did not know this fake scam company was in China just letting honest people to save your money you can get the same thing on eBay or Amazon for $10 and they will ship them to you they are honest company's from AMERICAN I contacted my local post office and they never received my package that tells me you are not a legitimate company you should be ashamed of yourself they sent me a reply saying that their pillow are not the same as Amazon and they are correct Amazon actually sends the product and doesn't say they sent it like this fake company

Hello Thad, we hope this message finds you well. Your order is not lost. USPS tracking records your Nourial Pillows arriving at your local post office on the morning of September 15, and leaving for delivery the same day. The delivery will be completed shortly. Regarding the comparison with the $10 items: it is not the same product. The Nourial Pillow is manufactured to our own specification for density and shape, which is why it is not in that price range. If you have any questions, please write to [email protected]. Linda, Nourial Support Hello, Thad, we hope you are well. Your order is recorded as delivered. USPS tracking shows it arriving at your local post office at 7:43 am on September 14, leaving for delivery at 7:54 am, and being delivered in or at the mailbox at 12:26 pm the same day. The tracking number is in your shipping email and lets you confirm this record directly with USPS. Linda, Nourial Support
