pushy salesmen, we returned our cancellation form and you still took money out of my account, you never return messages or letters..

HAVE NOT USED IN EMERGENCY CANNOT HONESTLY RATE. APPEARS TO BE A SOUND INVESTMENT.WATCH FOB IN POCKET.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home. Joel was very helpful in explaining everything NorthStar had to offer. The process was very simple and set up was done within a few days of signing up for it! Everything has been great with the service and security of the system.

Very polite and perfessional men. The installer exceeded my expectations when he filled some holes after I had him come back to place my monitor higher up on the wall! He even filled some small damage I caused from removing a vent on my wall! That was so awesome!
