The process was very straight forward. Eric, my salesperson, did an excellent job answering my questions and scheduling the installation of the equipment.

The first few times we tested the system, we did something wrong. Immediately we were contacted by Northstar personnel if we were ok.

Our door lock was not working properly, we called and they came out to fix it without any complaints. Twice! Excellent service far.

One of the doors sensors constantly chimes, after technician serviced twice, meanwhile we have to use the bypass function which means leaving the garage unarmed, at home and away to avoid false alarms

Knowledgable people. Having a little trouble with one of the sensors and no one has returned my call, but overall, fine system. Like that it is cellular.

Im learning the panel, it is quite different from the former panel, but its really great. I will be adding some accessories in the near future.
